Neurodivergence Coaching
For many neurodivergent people, life can feel like a constant cycle of masking, overwhelm, and eventual burnout. Trying to navigate a world that wasn’t built for your brain often leads to exhaustion and a sense that you are failing at things others find easy. Coaching offers a radically different approach.
Instead of trying to fix you or teach you more efficient ways to mask, we work together to understand how your brain actually works. We explore strategies that work with your neurobiology rather than against it, focusing on energy management, self-advocacy, and building a life that feels authentic and sustainable.

Neurodivergence Coaching
Masking, overwhelm, and burnout are common experiences for neurodivergent individuals navigating a world built for neurotypical brains. Coaching offers a different approach—one that validates your experience and works with your unique brain wiring rather than against it. We explore strategies that fit your life, helping you navigate sensory needs, executive functioning, and emotional regulation in a way that feels sustainable and authentic.
